      I started using Strava this week. This run covered the streets in my town that I hadn't run on before. My heatmap is complete now, except for alleys and driveways.

      I also got to see and run with great friends. I met dailymile friend Nathan D and ran about 6 miles with him (from 26 to 32). He and I had different strategies; he was run walking 5/1 and eating gels steadily. I am more of a 'make it to the next aid station so I can eat' kind of runner. We got split up as he ran through the next aid station.

      It was a relief; I was so ready to be done. I sat down for about 5 minutes and had trouble walking to the car afterwards. I thought there would be more emotions as I visualized it; but really 'relief' was all I felt. I'm sure there would have been other emotions if I had been 8 minutes slower...
