      The heat got me also. It snuck up on me fast. Got light headed and even fainted on the trail. Took 45 min in aid station cooling down. But then had knives stuck in both kidneys. Decided to call it a day and not risk an ER visit. Never peed till 7pm all day.

      Sorry to hear about the Soleus. I sincerely hope you recover quickly & do the ultra trail race. I know you have been training hard. But, you have only a week and it's 101k. You'd better focusing on recovery now & try another ultra later this year.
