    A good enjoyable early morning run with my sister-in-law. Slower than I'm used to but we set off just after 7:30am which was excellent as we'd finished before it got too hot :0)

    This was never going to be fast or long due to the weather. I woke up early but soon drifted back to sleep so the heat has kicked in. Still makes for a very pleasant Saturday :0)
