      Yea I tried I dont know something felt off today though just couldn't seem to get it going at least I hit one in 5 something though. Starting to come back this training plan certainly does produce results quickly thats for sure! You should give it a try when you wanna try the longer stuff, yea?

      It takes time to see results, be patient and be consistent. You may not notice the results until after your first easy week. I'll probably squeeze in some mile repeats next week.
