The plan was 11 miles alternating between easy and moderate. I went extra easy the first 2 miles to make sure I was warmed up, then started. I was able to do it, but the tank felt a bit empty today and the body felt heavy. I think a stressful day at work and bad eating didn't help. Traffic lights and trying to do this in a group run played havoc a bit on the last couple intervals. Calf had a bit of a niggle, but a lot better than yesterday and in a different place. Wearing harder flat shoes seemed to help.
