    The nice thing was that I felt I could have quite comfortably gone reasonably faster as I deliberately went slower on the way back. Good to see the work paying off.

    I see it in your future mate. If you can maintain the 9.15 pace for 32k and then kick into high gear, you will easily do it. Hey man, can we mentally commit to doing the VTUM 100k next March? If we can convince Peter & some other folks on dailymile to pace us after 50/60k we might just pull it off.
