      tut tut, why were you running then? Don't want to scare you but I will never run with a cold. I once knew someone that died during a circuit training class in UK (I use to do these classes 4-5 times a week too) and he thought he only had a cold, he had pneumonia and his heart couldn't take it. He was a very fit guy.
