    600m jog followed by 400m at 5:13 pace. Rinse and repeat 10 times. This went pretty well. Average heart rate was 149 at the end.

    I wimped out of an outside run because it was raining and I had forgotten a bag for my ipod. I really regretted it as the run on the treadmill was just blah and I felt really weak.

      I think 2k is about my max on the treadmill - I can't stand the bordeom!

      I've never been able to do more than about 15 minutes on a treadmill--so hats off to you for doing nearly an hour.

      I love the TM, but only for 20-30 mins max - 50 mins is hard work!

      I quite like the treadmill up to 30 mins as well. Quite tough after that. The longest I've managed was about 1:15.
