    Legs felt really strong after no running in a week (only biking) and due to the cold weather, but I had some issues with side stitches again, and now my IT band is bugging me again, yay!

      noo! are you doing your foam roller? I'm operating on 3x/day when it bugs me, and once a day to maintain after that. working pretty well so far.. knock on wood. stretch as much as you can.

      Yea, I use the foam roller and some stretching maybe once an evening. It really really helps, guess I need to use the roller more often!
