Good job! lost 5 lbs, but not in a good way, I am sure I'll gain it all back by Monday! Feeling much better though and will get back to it tomorrow or Monday!

Can with Carolyn and we ran the whole time. She pushed me a little and she said I pushed her too. It was a good thing.
