Rest day I guess. lol Went to PT but he spent the whole hour doing ASTYM work - pretty much from head to toe. Love that stuff. Oh, he also gave me a sheet "9-week Return to Running Protocol" - very different than what you normally see - like the c25k, etc.


I hated that return to running, you feel like you'll never get your mileage back up. Good luck!
