PT wants me to walk 3 miles at least 3x/wk for 2 weeks, then we are going to start run walk at a 4:1 ratio. So glad I have something to follow! This walk was actually yesterday and I don't really know the time b/c my mom was with me and she likes to, well, smell the roses. But that's ok. ;)
