      Patella femoral (aka runners knee). Welcome to the club. That is EXACTLY how mine feels. If you do run, run close to home incase you need to stop. You'll rest for a day or 2, it'll feel great, start to run, oops not so great. Google knee and hip strengthening exercises and take some real time off-weeks. I have my half next week, guess we'll see what happens. Sorry this happened. Maybe it's a fluke.
