The wall sit is getting easier but I think the plank's getting harder. That doesn't make sense.
I'm considering adding my walking km to DM. I don't like being on 0 km/week, but it feels like cheating to add them.
Edited to add (seeing you all voted I should), my walk to meet my friend for lunch, then to the supermarket and some sneaky clothes shopping on the way home.
