    Hangover run after all the celebrating last night. Felt good, except the first mile.

    Ran 8.5 easy in the morning, and 1.5 speedy in the afternoon as part of a 4-person relay team. Team finished in 40:15 for 6 miles.

    Runch in the sun... slows me down a bit, but a good sweat, nonetheless.

    Ran 7 super early and fast, then ran the PIM goal 5K race as Coach. Very rewarding experience. :-)
