Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance 00:40

Made it to Barrow this morning, and after a day working outside did not want to run in the wind, cold and rain. After the workout went to the car wondering to myself if I would muster up the attitude to run tomorrow when some fellow ran by me seemingly enjoying himself despite the weather. I think I will grow a pair tonight and conquer the cold tomorrow evening.
