    No clue on time and missed the 4 mile turn around - most of this while on the phone with a friend who really needed to talk (and didn't mind my panting).

    Miserable, lots of stopping, then sitting, ran out of water, and finally, random retching in bushes. Feel like ca-ca. Glad tomorrow is a rest day. Will comment later.

      I’ve read somewhere that a bad run is better than no run at all. Obviously the author lacked imagination. 9 miles is something to be proud of though so Good Job.
