"verbally barfed" LOL - a colorful and effective description. Hopefully the downhill bounding moved your mood to better places

Oh I hope it was more drama than pain :( I dealt with so many horrible secrets as a manager at Starbucks. It was almost unbearable what people have to deal with. You're a good friend for listening and smart to verbally vomit to someone not involved.

  2. RUN
    alright Speedwork 3 mi 00:34 11:20 pace

1/2 miles easy, 1.5 miles of 5.8 for 1/10 and then 7.0 for 1/10. Started walking 3.8, but channeled my inner Emma B. and walked at 4.3.

I was so excited for Beaverhead 55k! I was running it with my good friend, Francie. I’d get to see an online friend. And while I’d completed the race last year, I’d had quite a bit of altitude sick... read more
