    Hotel dreadmill and there were operator issues. Mostly spent 30 seconds easy (5.5), 60 seconds fastish (7.2 and above). So hot and humid in the room next to the pool :-(

      Great miles! I'm glad someone else imagines what animals might do while running - for me it's turkey vultures who roost, waiting for roadkill (or unconscious runners who trip! LOL).
