Nice 12 miler. Not sure if I’d be too broken up over losing someone due to insufficient likes and comments on Facebook. But then I’m in my sixties and don’t have time for drama.

Nice running! I like the name Lucky Peak, sounds like a good destination. Your friend is funny telling you in person and not with Facebook Messenger.

Thanks, all! Lump was nothing but an annoyance (and caused additional mammograms and ultrasounds, so be gone, damn lump!). All is good :-)

Woohoo! Congrats on a finish Ms Grumpypants! If you're gonna finish a race with someone, Shelly is a good one for company.

Absolutely LOVE reading this RR Andrea. An ultra is no easy task, you shouldered on and inspite that you were left on your own it was fate that brought you and your friend to support each other and finish together. Congrats on the no DNF race my friend. You rock! The end.

Lovely outing with Lori. ~2300' Taper going well, but just realized I've done 49 miles in the last 7 days, which may not quite be taper. Oh well!

What kind did you get? Love my Garmin. The Apple Watch is getting better and better but I’m spoiled with the data I get from Garmin. I have the HRM Tri and more recently picked up a Running Dynamics Pod. More info than I need but then a lot of people drive more cars than they need so there’s that.
