alright Crazy mess 5.29 mi 00:56 10:37 pace

Apparently my anger/hurt that spurred me on for my race Saturday hasn't yet burnt out, so first 3 miles were way too fast, followed by walking so I wouldn't die, only to repeat. Taking it... read more

  12. RUN
    good Fartpo 5 mi 00:53 10:30 pace

Yesterday was supposed to be speedwork, but a 13.5 hr work day crapped on that. Warmed up then went to fartleks, but too much focus on the British baking show I found on Netflix led to more of a te... read more

  13. RUN
    good Greenbelt 11.9 mi 02:20 11:45 pace

Ran from work to FF to meet Francie, out and back on the greenbelt, and then back to work. Nice and cool, but I felt like I was holding her back. She claims I wasn't.

  14. RUN
tired Christmas route 6.54 mi 01:22 12:32 pace

Super tired - walked the entire hill. Legs are fine, but I could lay on a sidewalk and nap. Think maybe residual from not fueling enough Saturday. 494'

You are SO badass to achieve this on the toughest area of the course. Don't be so hard on yourself Andrea. If you sign up for 100 you have to believe that you can run a 100, right?
