That was ridiculous. And my issue isn't better...I need to message my PT so she can schedule imaging :-(

  3. swim

I think you need more time relaxing in the sun and water. :)

Or at least more time relaxing under a sun lamp and soaking in a tub. Just don't do that at the same time.

  5. swim
    great Dive 3 & 4 02:00

First dive had a lot more current than normal, second was much nicer. Eels, scorpion fish, juvenile drums. 24th wedding anniversary.

  6. RUN
great Hot & humid 4 mi

4mile walk with Stacey. Back/hip isn't happy, but maybe because of all the time crammed in a plane plus hauling around heavy bags. Slept 11 hours last night, now ready for breakfast and diving!

  7. RUN
    great Beach walk 2 mi

A friend joined so we strolled. My feet are numb. One more day of meetings then home.

"No worse by the end" is good. Sounds like a nice place for a run at least.

What a beautiful place to run! I would be annoyed if I was your calf running on sand too lol.

  12. RUN
    good Trails 2.1 mi 00:26 12:22 pace

Walk 1/10, slowly ran the rest. Nothing is worse so yay! Hot out.

  13. RUN
    blah Walk 2 mi

Walk to/from Trader Joe's. PT gave me permission to run - we need to see if issue will get better, worse or stay the same - but hips were too worked over to run tonight. Hopefully tomorrow.

  14. RUN
    alright Something 2.25 mi

5 minutes walk, 1 min run:3 min walk repeats. Nothing appears any worse. Sorry I've been so lousy about commenting lately. I'll do better!

  15. RUN
tired First run 2 mi 00:29 14:34 pace

Pathetic! Ended up with slow run/walk intervals (1:3) and it's ridiculous how much that kicked my butt. At least my head is draining.

  16. RUN
    good Something 3 mi

Walked to/from Trader Joe's at lunch then did 2 hours of volunteer trail maintenance after work. So much snot, but I think the cold is improving.

  17. RUN
    tired Greenbelt 2 mi

Yesterday my PT cleared me to start running as long as it doesn't make the piriformis worse. Walked this slowly with Lori, who just has a hip replacement. Now I have a man-cold and slept all day.

  18. RUN
    injured Little walking 1.5 mi

To and from PT in the morning, and to/from Trader Joe's in the afternoon.
