    My Parents came to visit me so I took them to Lands End to explore.

    There was a lot of stairs and they were killer. I've ran through lands end before a while back, but this time I stopped here and there just to explore.

    Ran with my mom I kept stopping at times to make sure she didn't take a wrong turn. I felt a bit sore from yesterdays run but not too bad.

    Went on a run with Monica and it was soooo cold :( I thought my fingertip were going to fall off, and my hands hurt for a while. But overall it was a good run we got a good work out in!
