Amazing EARLY morning run with Jenny J. I am so happy to know someone who lives close by and is even crazier than I am. We met at 4 so I could get 10 in before my husband had to leave for work. Following her plan, we ran 6 warm up followed by a 20 min tempo at 5k + 30 sec pace, 5 min recovery and then a few 30-60 sec sprints with 60 sec recoveries. I couldn't hit the tempo as hard as I wanted (JJ blew me away), but overall felt great. Splits: 8:54, 9:02, 8:55, 8:52, 8:53, 7:45, 7:36, 7:40, 8:49, 9:28.
