Since my husband had to leave this morning by 5:45, JJ and I woke up at an ungodly hour to get 8 (10 for her) miles in. Felt great, though swampy even at 4:30. Perceived effort was a little more than what pace suggests to me, though we did hit quite a few hills. Splits: 9:34, 8:41, 8:55, 9:04, 8:51, 8:37, 8:43, 8:33.
