Overall I felt great. Still not pushing the pace too much, more focused on PITM. My hip pain has moved down to my hamstring, at least for now. I think that's good. I'm familiar with hamstring pain and know how to deal with it. A couple of years ago I had hamstring pain that moved to my knee and them foot and then went away. Maybe this will do the same. :)

    Nice run Amy! Way to keep up the miles! You know, I had hamstring pulls twice last year and for me a foam roller really helped. It hurt quite a bit, but it got the blood flowing and loosened up the muscle. Just thought it may help. :)
