Overall I felt great. Still not pushing the pace too much, more focused on PITM. My hip pain has moved down to my hamstring, at least for now. I think that's good. I'm familiar with hamstring pain and know how to deal with it. A couple of years ago I had hamstring pain that moved to my knee and them foot and then went away. Maybe this will do the same. :)
