    My cousin stopped in from San Francisco, so we went for a nice paced walk. She might be moving back to WI, I hope so would like to do some hiking with her! Fun timeS

    First run after Chicago. Didn't look at the Garmin, just went with the flow. Cool beautiful, sunny morning. Glutes/IT pain there a bit at the end. Foam roll today!

    Was sleepy getting up this morning, but once I hopped on it was all good. Didn't even turn the tv on until about halfway through. Just enjoyed the music.
