    Got an hour of running in after our trip to the tulip fields and before heading out to the range. Short and sweet. Ran based on heart rate and tried to keep it a fat burning run.

    Ran around the Los Suenos resort while on our company trip there. Hot, humid, low on water, but enjoyed the scenery and the exploration factor of it.

    Pouring rain half of the way. Got a little lost through Issaquah to Bellevue but found our reverse route home there. Tried to keep a good pace most of the way and keep a good attitude. :)

    Great beautiful ride. Rode with the brisk group on this 3300+ ft elevation ride. It was a beautiful day for a ride. Last 10 miles at that pace was a bit hard on me... Otherwise, perfect!

    First run with the group. Gorgeous route through UW and cherry blossoms. This was also my longest continuous run in a while. Felt quite good the entire way!
