      Don't get down on yourself! Not every workout is going to be a record breaker. You got your miles in, and that's what matters most. Distance first, worry about pace later. Don't get discouraged.

    Took it slow, did some HIIT, and didn't have much pain in my back at all :) But it is very evident it is time for new shoes!!

      Go some place that will get you fitted properly for running based on your stride and posture. It is totally worth it. A few years ago Dick's Sporting goods just sold me a pair of expensive running shoes and they were not good for my feet. Good luck and have fun shopping!
