Took it slow, did some HIIT, and didn't have much pain in my back at all :) But it is very evident it is time for new shoes!!

Go some place that will get you fitted properly for running based on your stride and posture. It is totally worth it. A few years ago Dick's Sporting goods just sold me a pair of expensive running shoes and they were not good for my feet. Good luck and have fun shopping!

Uggghh...I have pulled something in my neck or upper back...totally putting a damper on things...I really hope it's better in a day or 2.

Hope you feel better soon. Nothing is worse than neck/back issues. Takes out the whole body sometimes.
