    didn't get a chance to do my walking today but manage to do 250 jumps jump roping with weighted jump rope. and i did 50 push ups. Day wasn't wasted afterall

      Good luck with Insanity. It has been a slow start for myself. I am easing into being fit again with running and weight lifting. Adding Insanity has been a tough nut to add.
