    Did a loop by the beach, stopped halfway to do 2 rounds of 20 bench push ups, 20 tricep dips, and 20 sumo squats. Nanny started today, so had someone to watch the baby.

    Whew! tough on the shoulders. With the overhead press, I alternated with tricep kick backs. Baby sat in the Bumbo next to me..She smiled with squats/lateral raises, it was cute.

    Did the run when Adam got home from work. I ran a little through town, the tourists were just all over the sidewalks. Next time I'll do a loop through the neighborhood to avoid that.

    I'm so out of shape for this one! I couldn't do the plank with the arm and weights. I followed up with some core and yoga stretches.

    40 sec on, 20 sec off. I used an 8 lb medicine ball. Definitely a keeper workout!

    I ran about half this while my friend walked the baby, then I walked the rest with them. I did some arm exercises with a band after- triceps, biceps, shoulders and followed with 20 push ups.
