    I did upper body, lower body, and abs today. The balls of my feet hurt, I think I need a thicker mat under my feet when I raise my heels.

    I did the full body second trimester workout ending with some yoga and hip flexor stretches. I had a bit of a stomach bug the past few days and still on a modified diet.

    Took my niece to the park and then we did a walk in the neighborhood. My tummy issues are slowly coming around.

    We did a walk for Apraxia of speech- it was very fun. I had planned to do other exercise later in the day but have had major stomach issues all day, so that didn't happen.

    I guess baby Morse is not feeling it this week with running. Spent some time on the foam roller after and discovered the problem, very tight hip flexors and quads.
