    Only thing I don't like about this one is there is no variety. I like the workouts but doing them 4 times is annoying.

    My "ab and butt" workout yesterday made those areas sore plus legs and arms, and my abs are really sore! So this was kind of a schlogger.

    We tried a new path starting in Imperial Beach, it smelled like a sewer. We were also running in the hot direct sun the whole time. I walked the last 1/2 mile, really making this 6 miles.
