    Did a new video I got from my neighbor. After so much tightness in my right leg, yoga felt good. Did some foam roller after and more stretching.

    Went for a walk with my friend Christina this morning at Mission Bay. It was a beautiful morning.

    It was pouring and I pushed my niece in the stroller. I followed up with lots of stretching. This baby is for sure carrying in my hips, they are always so sore!
