    I did 3 days in a row (I really hate burpees) followed up with some abs and about 15 minutes of yoga.

    Based on how long I was gone, I think this is around 4 miles. Major traffic getting into the base. Good thing I wasn't driving ;)

    Adam and I went to sunset cliffs to run this morning. There was thunder lightning and some drizzle. It was nice, wish it had rained more.

      I don't know. I decided I'm chunking it together so it seems more like a total workout. I hurt my neck this week so I haven't been lifting weights, this was good enough for the week.
