    I shortened this just a little than I originally intended.

    Getting muggy and hot already at 6:45 am. Hubby is out of town still but my mother in law was here to watch the baby.

    Got this Jessica smith video off you tube. It's 65 min long, I knew baby would never last that long so I did as much as possible. I've been hearing a lot about how good these workouts are!

    Ugh this did not feel good today. I'm dehydrated I think and sore from yesterday's workout. Sleep deprivation does not help of course😔

    V-ups are so hard after a c-section! I was originally planning to run but by they time I got my act together this morning it was pretty hot. I'll go tomorrow.

    They were emptying the porta potties by the beach, so I made this a loop instead of an out and back so I didn't have to smell that again.
