6 miles w/3 @ MP. My legs are pretty tired and sore even after having yesterday off. I'm thinking maybe my Sunday long run might need to be somewhere flatter than Valley Forge, just to be on the safe side. I need to have strong legs next week! :)

Nice 6 with the marathon pace miles! A flatter run sounds like a good idea if you're in taper mode...hard to keep it easy at Valley Forge!
