Wanting to get my running mojo back I decided to do my fav run today, short and fast. Started at 7:40 pace and sped up gradually and ended at 6:35. Beautiful pain, felt great. Then I went and lifted some heavy things.

I was going to ask that same question about the pic,that is really cool it really looks like your on the cover.I thought about going out to get the mag just for that reason.
