      Easy on yourself Amy!!!! Every runner has pain and injuries to deal with now and them. Some more than others. 6 years is a success in my book! I wouldn't change a thing other than shoes!! Stick with what has worked for you! Rest is best for the knee and ice it a few times a day! I think you have been doing great. I hope u get passed this speed bump quickly!!! :-)

      Thanks, Paul!! I'll look into better shoes. There's a place near me that does personal fittings based on the way you run. I think it's time to spend the money on something like that :)
