the longest run i have ever done, first 3 sucked, but it turned out ok. i feel like i might actually be able to do this 1/2 on thursday.

some foot discomfort made the first 3 miles a bitch and i almost gave up. regrouped and was able to finish. i love running downtown, especially on sunday because it is a ghost town.

good pace until my left butt cheek cramped up. had to walk it off for minute. pretty happy with the first race back after the injury. thought i would be slower.
