    the longest run i have ever done, first 3 sucked, but it turned out ok. i feel like i might actually be able to do this 1/2 on thursday.

    some foot discomfort made the first 3 miles a bitch and i almost gave up. regrouped and was able to finish. i love running downtown, especially on sunday because it is a ghost town.

    this was actually a split run. i ran 1.5 miles to the gym, lifted then ran the other 2 miles home. calves a little tight, but doing ok. no pain. good run.
