      It went pretty well. I ran it in 1 hr, 7 min and 32 sec. My PR in training is 1 hr and 4 min. I was hoping to beat it. I had to wait in line to go to the bathroom that added time then felt my ankle pulling but kept on going, never stopped except to go to the bathroom. Was a lot of fun!

    suppose to be a 40 min tempo, more like a run/ walk. Felt terrible today. Hopefully 2 days rest will help before 1/4 at cap city!
