30 min TH better than last weeks, but today has not been a great day covered the 6k course in about 29min max HR was about 175 TH is 172-182 didn't hit the 175 till the last 2 mins. warm up and cool down. the mileage increase and weather change is taking it's toll on my body my lower half is so sore, along with everyone in my apartment is getting sick expect me. lets hope i'm not next. random complaining college student comment of the week to much work not enough time and the weekend was not long enough. :)
