alright Stupid Loop 9 mi

2 Mile warm up 1 mile cool down. 5x1mile with 3.25 jogging rest in between. times were decent the first 4 but the 5th on was pretty bad. 6:55 6:55 7:05 7:10 and then a dreaded 7:40 big ouch. have had a knot in my calf the past few days it didn't cramp as bad today but the 4th and 5th and cool down it really hurt.
