Stairs: 500 steps up 500 steps down total 1000!!!!!!!!!!!! Found a building in ames which i could run their stair's. I did not think I had the last lap in me but I did it. Sadly I actually enjoy the way my legs feel like jello right now. :)

    The building that has Legends American Grill on the top floor. Not really sure what the building is actually called. I was surpirse by how much the first lap killed me. One trip up should count as 250 steps. Let me know how you do. I'm going to add it at least twice a week for a warm up to running.
