    Start of the C25K and back to running. First time running outdoors too. Starting to wonder if the TM is what causing the Shin Pain. Shin felt great and the run outdoors made me forget about my time and distance.

    20 minutes X-fit, 15 minutes Weights and 5 minutes stretching. feels great to start the day off right. I get to start RUNNING on Friday again! Going to do the C25K program. Figure that should be perfect training without killing my shins this time.
