    First long run of this half training cycle. Took me the first two miles to feel like my legs could move, but miles 3 and 4 on the MHS track felt very good.

    Speedwork at the MHS track. Ben K was nice enough to come out and coach me through my first 5 x400 at 5k pace with jog and walk recovery. Not as tired as I thought i would be.

    On the invitation of a friend from work I did my first Jazzercize class tonight. It was definitely challenging! Not my thing, much prefer yoga and running, but always good to mix it up.
