    Didn't expect a lot out of this run (2 hours of sleep + sick all night), so went naked (without Garmin) and just ran by feel. Nice weather out.

    From the FCA Champions 5K last week--me and my dad. He is 67, has Parkinson's and has run for the last 40+ years. I am so proud to be able to run with him.
