Great job! You're right about planning more for longer runs. I know for myself, once I get over about 6 I have to start thinking about chafing and over about 9 I need to start thinking more about what I eat before I go out and fueling while I'm out. If you're already at 11, you're going to be *more* than ready for your half!

Hi Kari!!!! I haven't been updating my runs as I run them. I finally sat down and entered them all, the other day :) . My training is going so well, and I run the farthest I ever have, this morning.....10 miles!! I'm excited!!! You really should join us for the Gazelle Girl!!! There are very few spots left!!

I've never done burpees, but I've heard about them and think saying they are easy probably does constitute a mouth-washing! I'm glad you enjoyed the yoga class.
