    Planned to go farther, but not feeling so great. I've read that sluggish workouts happen during the "carb flu" so I'm trying not to read too much into it.

    Kicked off the new year with a 5k PR! So excited to finally have broken 28 minutes and even 27 minutes! I haven't been feeling well so I had low expectations, this was a great surprise.
