    This felt hard, despite how pathetic my pace looks. 5 minute warm up, 30 minutes "tempo" pace (whatever that is), 5 minute cooldown.

    Roads aren't plowed so I used the treadmill in the condo for the first time. Good to know it's there and it's not too awful.

    Ate pizza today. Huge mistake, feeling really sick and cut this short. Looks like I won't meet my mileage goal for the month :(

    One the mentally easiest treadmill runs I've ever done. It just felt good to be running. Peaceful.
