    ROUGH work out! Had a dizzy spell at mile 3.36 so walked/ran 1/2 a mile and then hit the treadmill to finish off the last mile all speedy like. Grateful to be done!!

      Wow...19 degrees is a heat wave compared to what I ran in this morning. I worked up a sweat too, though...crazy that my hair was completely soaked!

      I ran about a half mile more on my first marathon and that was a pretty straight course!! Good job toughing it out.

    I really have no idea why I was running at this speed! I ran 3 miles then walked one mile and then ran 2 more. It felt good!

    I actually felt pretty good on this run. I was dodging icy patches, snow and managed NOT to fall! Yay! Oh and it was COLD!

      Dude...stay home. Eat some toast. Drink some 7-Up and watch bad TV. That's what I do when I have the stomach flu.

    This race was sooo crowded! We were moving at a good clip and managed this time even when in some places we had to stop!

    My legs were tight all day today so I thought tonight would be tough. Better than I thought it would be after I FINALLY just got up and went. Mondays are the worst days for me! No energy!
