    Amazing how when I first started out I was mad beyond belief and when i finished i seem to have found a feeling of calmness.. LOL Thank God!!!

      It is nice and convenient... and I've also found that it alleviates excuses (being too cold or wet, etc, to go outside). It's helped me, too! YAY for a treadmill!

      Aww Thank you so much... That means a lot!!! Yes we have been getting snow every other day and now Ice on top of it... So yes the treadmill is a god sent... Trying to keep it consistent... Looking to my start running a little but that is a ways down the road... LOL Hope you have a great day!!!

      Nice job Amy, seeing some nice consistency in your workouts, clearly cold where you are based. Seems like the northern US states are getting a pretty tough winter! Great to have a treadmill available!
