    4.1 run....3.5 walk..slow but made it through entire workout

    C25K - Week 1 Day 3 - Slow again but on purpose...forcing myself to not go too fast before I'm ready to...4.1 mph jog and 3.5 mph walk...felt stronger today though!

    lower legs and ankles were hurting so just walked and tried to run through the pain...still proud I did not give up and kept walking at least :)

      thank you! I didnt get to run my entire first half marathon but we still made decent time for what we did and had a blast anyways :) my next one im going to hopefully run the entire one :)

    Felt great!! Finally feel like i'm back into running...after my 3 miles i did a core workout which kicked my butt, but I need it.....Half Marathon here i come!!!! :)

    Went well, i'm a lot weaker than I thought but i will get better. Did entire body workout with weights and ab work.

    went well, took it easy and gradually increased my pace every 1/4 mile and walked for a warmup for the first 5 minutes.

  19. had my personal training assessment yesterday and she focused on my core and my arms arms feel like jelly today....:)
