    Well ... that didn't turn out like the 7 miles I planned on. Too hot, too fast, done at 4.5 miles running. Walked some, not included. Good news is that I fixed my watch!

    Humidity sucks but nice not to suffer alone. Ran with a friend that I hadn't seen in a while. Still no watch but her phone tracked us just under 10 m/m pace.
