  1. RUN
alright Bank Run 6 mi 00:59 09:53 pace

UP AT 330AM WHEN THE POWER WENT OUT, SO I WAS TIRED WHEN I HEADED OUT AT 6 FOR THIS RUN. STILL HUMID AFTER THE STORMS. LAST MILE WAS HARD! #WAVEPARADOX

  2. RUN
good Scobie Beach 3.14 mi 00:29 09:22 pace

A LITTLE HUMIDITY AND A COUPLE OF HILLS ON THIS #SPRINT4SHAYELENE VIRTUAL 5K. #WAVEPARAADOX

  3. RUN
    good Speed Limit 30 5.01 mi 00:48 09:36 pace

Love cool morning runs in the summer ;) Running with music is helping me keep my pace in a good place. Much better run than yesterday!

  4. RUN
alright Francestown Line 3.02 mi 00:29 09:37 pace

ZOOMA week 2 begins with a tough run! It was humid, legs felt heavy, my sports bra might have been too tight…but it's done!

  5. RUN
good New Boston 5.03 mi 00:50 09:52 pace

Got out early and enjoyed the cool morning air. Kept it nice and easy.

  6. RUN
good Treadmill Run 3.04 mi 00:29 09:35 pace

Easy 3 training miles to test the knee and out of the pouring rain. #zoomacapecod

  7. RUN
alright New Boston 5.01 mi 00:47 09:27 pace

Ugh, the humidity made this one feel so hard!

  8. RUN
    good Brown-Mitchell Park 5.18 mi 00:53 10:10 pace

Met a group from Manchester Moms RUN This Town for a morning hills run. Had no idea what to expect (both of the hills and my knee), but it went great!

  9. RUN
good Bethel Trail Run 2.25 mi 00:22 09:36 pace

Haven't run in a week. We left the Texas heat behind and enjoyed a cooler morning run today in Ohio. My achey meniscus felt ok.

  10. RUN
good Downtown Manchester 2.3 mi 00:21 09:14 pace

Went to early #SurfnTurf class and followed up it up with a quick 2 miler downtown to beat the heat. Streets were nice and quiet ;)

  11. RUN
blah Floating House Run 5.01 mi 00:48 09:39 pace

Probably should have gone out earlier than we did, but mrC is not an early riser. Got into a fight with a deer fly and lost. This was not my best run.

  12. RUN
    good Middle Branch 6 6.01 mi 00:58 09:37 pace

Nice long run with mrC. The only bad parts on this route are the deer flies and the .50+ hill on the way back. Ugh!

  13. RUN
alright Barn Hill 4.01 mi 00:37 09:07 pace

The little change in humidity got me on this one. Struggled with my pace in the end.

  16. RUN
alright Goffstown Trail 2.69 mi 00:26 09:46 pace

Short, sizzly, and slow! The afternoon heat is not the ideal time to run…ready for summer break to start!

  17. RUN
good Kickoff to Summer 5K 3.12 mi 00:28 09:05 pace

Another first race of the summer with littleC!

  18. RUN

    5K to the 5K!

  19. RUN
    good NB 5K Course 3.13 mi 00:28 08:52 pace

Tried out my new shoes and felt very fast! I also drank Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer 20 minutes before my run (did the same on Tuesday) and both days I had great runs, hmmm.

I wish Vega products tasted better because I do notice a difference with them.
