    First run in two weeks. Hip was just a little tight, but post-run the pain returned. Went straight to PT for some Graston and another cortisone patch. Back on the no-running list :(

    Ran with the Run Club. My hip hurts. Had a sports massage after the run. My hip still hurts. ugh.

      I'm so sad that I can't sweep the middle school XC meets this year! I am going to help coach a Girls On THe Run team at our elementary school though, so that will be fun! Nice easy miles with the kids! Are you officially back to school this week?
