    It was foggy and drizzly, but we enjoyed every bit of this run! Legs felt ok, but could still feel the know in my calf and quad.

      I'm so sad that I can't sweep the middle school XC meets this year! I am going to help coach a Girls On THe Run team at our elementary school though, so that will be fun! Nice easy miles with the kids! Are you officially back to school this week?
