    Hung out with some #MRTT friends at the Saucony event at Runner's Alley and then joined the Winter Warriors running group for a frigid run. Did better on the hills than I thought I would!

    Too cold to run outside, plus no room on the roads to run safely. Spent a nice 45 minutes on the treadmill. It was my longest run since knee surgery!
