    Wasn't sure of pace because I was setting my heart rate monitor up and that took the first 5 minutes. I don't know if you can stop the watch yet. I felt good until mile 3 then died.

    Got up early today and lifted because my day is a busy one. Hate morning workouts, but glad it's over!

    Had a great swim last night. I had to really work to feel like I was getting anything out of it, so I assume that was a good sign!
