I liked having someone to train with. The CES coach was really nice and it made the time pass quickly. I am really excited to start training with the No Boundaries group.

I'm running the Pumpkins in the Park 5K. Should be nice and easy and in my own back yard. I train through the park.

Sounds like fun! Costumed? I usually do the Sycamore Pumpkin Fest 10K that weekend since it's closer than Chicago.
