    Struggling with my running since starting with this new eating plan. Not having carbs after 2pm is affecting my running. Anyone have any suggestions??

      You did great!!! Do you have enough time before running to maybe eat on toast or a banana? That might help a little. I am just trying to learn to just make better choices and be consistent withy exercising, I don't want to have to forever count calories, macros, etc....it is so hard.

      It is terribly hard especially since I have turned 40. I am now eating a banana before the run and it has helped but still struggling. It maybe the heat. Thanks for the suggestion. 😄

      I say that when you cut carbs, you have to increase your protein.

      Girl don't i know what you are talking about! I am 41 and the last 2 years weight wise has been so hard, I was counting macros and that was really working well and I felt great and was losing, I just want to see if I can find a happy medium without having to "count" something all the time.
