    the heat really drained me this AM!! 79 with 100% humidity at 0730???? Oh well, the zero is zapped even if it was not pretty!!

      I totally agree with the heat zapping every ounce of energy.....going tk take some adjusting to thslat's for sure....still.a awesome run!

      For me, there is no rhyme or reason as to why some days I can run fast and others it's a struggle. If you find out, let me know!
