      I take Nuun on my water. May have to switch to Gatorade during the summer.

      I usually only take water, it's all I like, but summer running is tough!! Our last two runs I took Gatorade and felt like it really helped, I told Pat and he took it on our last run and said it helped him too! Since our weather is darn near the same, we thought it might help you!! 😃
