I officially hate running on a treadmill. Warmed up for a slow 5 minutes, ran a mile, then took a walking break that was way too long and did lap-long intervals for the rest. The good news is that not including warm-up and cool-down, I ran a 5K. Bad news is it took 40 minutes, which is much longer than it should have taken (or would have outside). I was just so BOREDDDD. I'm still bored typing this. Time to shower.

    good for you for working out! i wish i had a treadmill here. rain has thwarted my workout plan. :(
