    Oh hey dailymile. Technically I did 5.5 counting warm-up/cool-down. NOT BAD considering I ran all of twice in the last two weeks. YAY FINALS.

    First long run! Got pretty winded on the last mile, and inhaling mostly smoke from the many, many barbecues was very much not okay, but overall I think it was alright.
