    Temp in the mid 60s, a bit more humid, and hills! Pushed myself a bit this morning. And I came across a "police training" exercise that involved what sounded like multiple gunshots. Ugh.

    Increased the weight for 4 of 9 types of lifts. Much easier to go up to 25# from 20# than it is to go from 15# to 20#. Wish we had some 17.5# hand weights!
