Walk home after run 0.69 mi 01:13

this walk was key for me to feel ready for next weeks half. Before my surgery I would cramp up on my 8 mile runs and wouldn't be able to walk. It is a great improvement that I can walk after running 8. My walk home is a HUGE hill. 233 foot climb over 1/2 mile. I avoid running it at all costs. :-)
