    First mile in a LONG time! Slightly uncomfortable, but it felt good to be running again!

    First run in a very long break to rehab my shin splints (hopefully) once and for all. Only one mile, but a happy one!

    Shins are just not healing completely with rest, so I can't take it anymore and thinking I'll go back to easy running after 2.5 months off...grr..
