    Didn't get up and run in the rain, so went after work at 6:30. ALMOST didn't go-- boy would I have missed out. Fast, Oceanside run- doesn't get much better.

    Holy workout. 5 x (400m run, 30 wall balls @ 10lbs, 30 box jumps). This DESTROYED me.

    Run at 2pm with pals after work- woof. HOT. and my legs were DEAD. not recovering as fast as i hoped. FGF and Bar Method back-to-back probably didn't help.
